By placing an order, you agree to the following store policies:

No returns or exchanges - All sales are final.

Shipping issues - Orders marked as delivered, missing, lost, or delayed by USPS are not eligible for refunds or replacements. To protect your package, consider upgrading to USPS Priority Mail, which includes insurance.

Returned packages - If your item is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipment fees are the buyer’s responsibility. These must be paid within 90 days of the return date noted in USPS tracking. After 90 days, the item will be considered forfeited.

Damaged items - If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assess the situation.

Digital downloads - No physical items will be shipped for digital products. All digital files are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

Intellectual Property - All  designs, artwork, and digital files are the property of  Juniper & Ivy. Purchase does not grant any commercial rights or ownership of the artwork.
